Article Objective: To assist admin users in navigating the Admin Centre within the Active Platform to manage user licenses.
Context: Admin users are able to manage each users licenses through the Admin Centre.

Accessing the Admin Centre
Navigate to the Active Platform home page.
Click on your name icon and press Admin Centre.
Managing user licenses
Click on Users.
The below screen will appear which shows all users and their associated licenses.
To edit a users permission, select the relevant user and scroll to the bottom of the screen. This will display a list of all products the firm is subscribed to, allowing the owner to tick or untick product licenses for users accordingly.
Once updated, click Save and Close.
Accessing your firms license summary
Click on License Summary.
The below screen will appear which shows the products your firm has licenses for. Licensed users show the number of users that have been assignment to that product, while user licenses show the number of licenses the firm has subscribed to.
