Active licencing is based on your signed order form. Each Active licenced user is entitled to 25 gigabytes of document storage. This means that if you have 10 licenced users, your storage limit would be 250 gigabytes.

It's important to note that the storage limit is calculated on a per-firm basis. This means that if you have multiple offices or locations, the storage limit will be shared among all users in the firm.

If you exceed the storage limit for your licenced users, an additional charge will apply per licenced user per month for an additional 25 gigabytes.

For example - 10 licenced users = 250 gigabytes storage limit

To manage your storage usage, you can review your document storage in the Documents module. You can see how much storage each user is using and which documents are taking up the most space. You can also delete old or unnecessary documents to free up space.
