CMN.ATO.AS.EM024: Access to the activity statement is not available
Cause: Mismatch between the client’s ABN branch in Active and ATO.
Fix: Update the branch number in Active to match the ATO. If using XPM to Active Sync, update it in XPM instead.

SBR.GEN.AUTH.006: Notification for software provider missing
Cause: Active by Business Fitness is not registered with the ATO.
Fix: Follow steps in this guide to register Business Fitness as a digital service provider with ATO.

SBR.GEN.AUTH.008: Incorrect Software ID
Cause: The Software ID provided is incorrect.
Fix: Ensure the correct Software ID is registered with the ATO for your software provider.
CMN.ATO.AUTH.011: Client not associated with agent number
Cause: The client transmitted is not linked to the agent number provided.
Fix: Verify that the client is properly associated with the tax agent in the ATO records.
